the room was a shocker, barely a Junior Suite, just one chair for two people! the bed was ridiculously high, one slip and I wouldve needed a medic. how could I not expect a small gesture for my inconvenience, perhaps a complimentary upgrade or even a bottle of water? honestly, i almost left a good review but just couldn't.

However, my room, the Junior Suite, was a letdown. It felt cramped and only had one chair, which made it uncomfortable for two guests. The bed was unusually high, leading to a precarious climb. Though George was very accommodating, the lack of a coffee machine or seating was disappointing. Finger crossed they could upgrade the suite to enhance comfort for future guests.
